Sausage is a type of food made using a very ancient food production and meat preservation technique. It involves grinding animal meat into strips and then stuffing it into casings to form long cylindrical tubular food. Common methods include tying with string or twisting, which are achieved using a tying machine.

During the sausage filling operation, when a segment of the casing is fully filled, to prevent the previous segment from being twisted simultaneously, an operator must hold the previous segment by hand to avoid twisting. However, this processing method requires a dedicated operator, not only reducing production efficiency but also causing physical and mental fatigue due to long hours of monotonous work. Manual operation is also less hygienic, affecting food sanitation.

After configuring various parameters, it is ready for operation. If workers are not yet proficient, they can work in manual mode or reduce the machine's operating speed.
